Lors du développement d’un produit solaire, l’estimation de la probabilité d’atteindre la valeur du FPS cible durant la phase de screening in vivo sur un faible nombre de volontaires est souvent difficile et nous n’avons pas d’outil objectif pour prendre une décision.
La Solution
A partir des premiers résultats de FPS in vivo obtenus et d’une approche statistique [1], cet outil vous aide à déterminer s’il est nécessaire de continuer l’évaluation du FPS in vivo sur de nouveaux volontaires (afin d’atteindre le nombre minimum de volontaires valides) ou s’il est plus judicieux de mettre fin à ce projet.
